Fully sealed and waterproof design
The joints of our boxes are sealed with double layers: EPDM ethylene propylene rubber sealing strips are used inside (temperature resistance range -40℃ to +120℃), and the external welding seams are laser calibrated with an error control within ±0.5 mm.
Large volume design
The internal volume of our product is about 67.7m³ (2350ft³), which can hold 24 European standard pallets, saving about 12% space compared to two 20FT single boxes.
Stacking performance
The 40 FT ISO Container follow the ISO1161 corner design, which can achieve eight-layer full-load stacking, and the top pressure is concentrated on the corner structure.
