Components of ISO tank containers
Frame
The frame of ISO tank containers usually adopts the external frame of 20-foot or 40-foot international standard containers to ensure that its size and storage and transportation methods are consistent with standard containers.


Liner
The inner liner of the tank is mostly made of 316 stainless steel, and some are made of 316L stainless steel, which has high corrosion resistance and strength.
Head
The head is divided into a top inlet and a bottom unloading port, usually made of hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel and polished.


Coating
The inner liner is coated to protect the liner from corrosion by the cargo.
Lead seal
After the cargo is loaded, the top inlet and the bottom unloading port will be sealed to ensure the safety of the cargo.


Label
The LOGO, tank number and tank information can be printed around the tank body, and a dangerous label will be affixed when shipping.

ISO tank container maintenance
Regular Inspection:
Regularly check whether there is corrosion, damage or deformation on the outside of the tank, and check whether the rubber seal, valve and pipe are leaking or worn.
Repair And Replacement:
If any problems are found, repair or replace the damaged parts in time to ensure that all valves, pipes and connectors are reliably sealed.
Maintenance:
Before use, check and maintain all mechanical and electronic equipment, such as leak detectors, pressure sensors, etc., according to the requirements of the operating manual.
The protective coating may be damaged and corroded by the cargo and needs to be inspected at least every two years and re-coated if necessary.
Storage and Transportation Storage:
