1. Fuel Storage Tank System (Heart Part)
Structure: Double-layer steel fuel tank (SF double-ed tank or FF double-walled tank) is adopted.
Inner layer: Q345R special pressure vessel steel plate with thickness ≥ 6mm.
er layer: Q235B steel plate with thickness ≥ 4mm.
Barrier layer: Filled with anti-explosion barrier material (aluminum alloy material) and equipped with leakage detection sensor.
Explosion-proof principle: The barrier material divides the internal space of the tank into countless tiny honeycomb structures, blocking the of flame, reducing the explosion pressure, and will not explode or sympathetic detonation in case of open fire, gunshot, static electricity.
Anti-corrosion: inner and outer walls are coated with epoxy coal tar paint or hot-dip galvanizing process, service life ≥ 15 years.
2. Refueling System
Fuel dispenser: Integrated tax control module, IC card reader, display screen, fuel pump.
Foreign trade version: Commonly equipped with English system, international payment or RFID card.
Industrial version: For construction site, can be equipped with high flow fuel dispenser (80L/min).
Oil delivery pipeline: Double-layer oil-resistant hose with anti-pull-off protection valve.
3. Safety Assurance System (Compliance is essential)
Emergency cut-off: Equipped with manual emergency shut-off valve (on-site) and remote emergency shut-off button, power off and fuel cut, response time ≤ 1s
Gas detection alarm system: Combustible gas detector installed on the top of the tank area, audible and visual alarm and automatic shutdown when exceeding the standard.
Aut fire extinguishing system: Usually adopt ultra-fine dry powder automatic fire extinguishing device, covering the fuel dispenser and the top of the tank, automatically spraying when sensing the flame.
Anti-static and lightning protection: The skid base is provided with a dedicated grounding pile (grounding resistance ≤ 10Ω), the overall structure meets the lightning protection specifications.
Overflow protection: The fuel unloading port is equipped with an overflow sensor, automatically stop unloading fuel and alarm when the level reaches the safe upper limit.
4. Environmental Protection System
Oil and gas recovery system:
First recovery: When unloading, the oil and gas inside the tank guided back to the oil transport vehicle.
Second recovery: When refueling, the oil and gas inside the car tank is guided back to the oil tank (mandatory standard gas stations).
Leak detection: The double-layer tank barrier layer is equipped with a liquid level sensor, immediately alarm once the inner tank leaks, to prevent soil pollution
5. Skid-mounted Base
The welded integral frame of section steel is adopted, which has high strength and can bear overall lifting.
The bottom is provided with forklift groove and lifting lug, which is convenient for moving and transporting.
Four sides are provided with anti-overflow oil ditches and oil collection pools to prevent the leakage oil products from spreading.
